Our
is situated
on 1200m above sea level, in a very quiet area and on one of the
most beautiful points of view onto the "Dachstein" and the
"Ennstal".
It is only 3 minutes walking distance from the slopes. The floodlight-run
and the day/night toboggan-run are within walking distance as
well. After skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing our guests are
able to ski back all the way to the hotel.
All rooms are equipped with bath or shower, toilette,
balcony, cabel-TV and telephone. Three comfortable guestrooms (one for
non-smokers) are available for some family-activities
or for just having a cup of coffee. Whether it is our typcial
bread or a glass of orange juice, you have a lot of choices of
what to have for breakfast from our buffet and also for dinner
if you like to have half-board-service. We are proud to say that
many of the products served in our hotel are from our own farm.

summer the "Berghof" is a
perfect point to start numerous short and easy walks as well as
high-alpine hiking tours for every nature-enthusiast.
One of the most beautiful tours is the so-called "Höhenweg" starting
from the Hochwurzen to the Giglach-lakes, or the tour through
the "Klafferkessel" which is a 6-8 hours tour through a bowl with
more than 30 lake of all sizes. |

- Tauern - Golf & Countryclub" designed by Bernhard Langer is
a course you won`t forget. Is is also called the "pebble-beach of
the alps". Activities as rafting, canyoning, mountain-biking, paragliding
or guided tours through old copper and silver-mines or ice caves
are offered as well as a new public indoor and outdoor pool, tennis
or squash.
